Widener & Asher Asset Management LLC is a Registered Investment Advisory firm founded by Michael Widener and Austin Asher in 2010.  Michael and Austin established the firm out of their mutual desire to help people reach their financial goals responsibly and ethically.  As a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) we have a “fiduciary obligation” or mandate to operate in a fashion that we feel is in our client’s best interest.  This sets us apart from brokers and retail advisors because our compensation is not determined by the investments selected for your portfolio, and we are not restricted to the use of proprietary funds and products.  We are completely objective when creating an investment plan, enabling us to do what is best for our clients.​
